Founded in 2014 Hops & Vine has been servicing Vancouver Island based out of Victoria for years focusing on specialty BC liquor producers. With the addition of Nikki Beach in 2017 and the expansion into spirits, mead, and all sorts of new adventures, Hops and Vine expanded into the diverse family of producers you see today. Under Nikki's direction and with the additions of team members alongside portoflio partnerships with Continuum and Vintage Corks - Hops & Vine continues to grow to offer the Island more interesting relationships with what is in their glass.
BC Born and Island Raised, Nikki Beach has been a food and beverage culture enthusiast since early years and has been behind a bar since the day of his 19th birthday, and of course not a moment before.
Multi faceted in the world of F&B and Marketing, Nikki has excelled in the open demo kitchen, specified and hand-crafted catering, event coordination, and most importantly as a territory sales manager.
Joining Hops & Vine in 2016 he has brought that experience and energy to the front lines of sales in the Mid/North Island; His keen interest in the culture and food scenes of the Island has led to a very active role within such events and dining experiences including private dinner clubs and his role as a brand ambassador for Edible Vancouver Island.
Over the years on the Island Nikki has worn many hats... as a salesman, circus performer & show host, server & bartender, meat cutter & cook, - 'If you have questions about F&B on VI, he is your guy.'
On his off days he likes to take his Jeep out to the woods and cook over fire with his rottweiler-shepherd Mr. Cooper.
In 2022 Nikki moved to Victoria to follow in David Murney’s footsteps and take on the opportunity of managing the operations of Hops & Vine for Vancouver Island.
